Anxiety is a response of our body and most of the time, anxiety is caused due to a false alarm or in reaction to a trigger to which our body responds with an adrenaline pump and a sense of emotion to figure out the danger/problem. Taking any actions while being anxious just confirms our brain that there is a problem when nothing is wrong. Our brain remembers and makes it a habit to react in that particular way whenever you come across any of the things that caused anxiety
