Unfortunately, many LGBTQ+ individuals face barriers to care, including cost, fear of discrimination, or lack of providers with cultural competence. Transgender individuals, in particular, often struggle to find providers who understand their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pride Month offers an opportunity to raise awareness around these disparities and advocate for better mental health resources. It\u2019s also a chance to celebrate resilience \u2014 the ability of LGBTQ+ individuals and communities to thrive despite adversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporting mental wellness means creating safe, affirming spaces where people can be their authentic selves without fear.
